Pichurin Posted February 2, 2021 Share Posted February 2, 2021 Servers are not stable and i bought safari pass yesterday and couldn't even use it fully :/ and my bms and ms is also active, it sad i wasted my money on nothing and i can't play bc of server problem, do we get refund or time extend on bms and ms? Due to the server instability during that time, we recommended not to PvP, fight bosses, or do anything that could be lost to a crash. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your BMS or MS. As for compensation, we gave a Free Safari day included with some very nice spawns, some of which could have event forms. Furthermore, we have given a free EXP boost for for all members for the entire week.
