valentines day event i finished the mega salamence mission the president teleported me to the side of the ship but i have no mega stone or any item for salamance in my bag i am waiting for help from the authorities

Could it be that you dont have the mega bracelet yet?

In order to receive megastones like the one for Salamence you need to have the Mega Bracelet. To get that you have to fullfill a task for the Assistant NPC in the Vermillion Library.

After you did the task for that NPC you will get the stone for Salamence as well.
