i feel like it's already being given a significant glow up over other alolan pokemon, for being one of the ones with the most outbreaks, while others have had a mere one or two. And i feel like eventually there will just be a full time spawn for them so they will be more easily accessible

Also, what do you mean by high-level Pokemon, and why must it have a repel trick? What is the benefit of having a repel trick for the Pokemon, aside from making it potentially easier to hunt?
