Hey I wanted to trade my Gurdurr with my friend to evolve it, but it got region locked. can someone help to get it back please?

The problem was that I asked someone to help me to evolve a Pokémon (the one shown in screenshots) a gurrdur, but the player "dunamis1" who helped me did not have the pokemon region unlocked in this case Sinnoh, so you can't return it to me.
