Can't log to the Silver Server

After merging my Red Account to the Silver Server I tried to start playing but after som times it says "Connection Lost" and that doesn't happen when I try to connect to the Gold Server. I don't know what's going on, some help please!!

Try to reset your password on the dashboard and see if you are able to connect to the Silver Server after that.

Done, same message "Connection Lost"

My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience, we are currently having some server issues but it looks like you were able to connect to Silver. For now if you keep experiencing it you can try to use a VPN (This is a free one among multiple options) or try to connect directly by pressing the F2 key to open the console and write : "connect 92.119.158.4 800" (92.119.158.4 801 for Gold) and then press the enter key. Be sure to always check in the PRO discord as well since it could be possible that a server or both servers crashed or were in a planned maintenance.
