Hey there. I am back to the game afte a long break, so i went straight for the valentines event quest expecting to get the salamencite. After defeating salamence and waited, i didnt received the stone.

After some research, i found out i need a bracelet first (which im working for atm), but this is something new to me since last time i played megas were not a thing in-game.

 

So my question is: is it possible for me to get a salamencite after i get my bracelet or is the chance lost at least until next valentines event?

 

 

edit: this topic can be closed. after getting the bracelet, the npc also gave me the salamencite!

Yes, you can still get the salamencite. Once you have done the mega bracelette quest, he will also give you the salamancite along with the mega bracelette!

I have not started the salamencite quest in the Valentine's day event, can I start it now, or I have to wait until next year's valentine's day?

There is no way to get the Salamencite currently. It will probably be back next year but there is no gurantee on that so far.
