Uum here there, my ign is shekhar786 and whenever I try to show oak a charmender which has 90+ ivs he say me this(see screenshot :p) 

And I have studied a bit bout question and found that we don't need any ot charmender for the quest. 

And I don't have any charzardnite y but this stupid oak seems to be dumb 😑(see screenshot) 

So, m requesting players that if anyone know something plz tell me I will be glad.

The Charmander you are using was caught on the 17th of March, 2021. Did you begin the quest before or after the 17th?

As you can see in the picture below from the Staff guide to Wave 1 of the Mega Stones, the starter you choose must be freshly caught.

My friend has a 2 day old charmender .is it considered fresh BTW.Can i use it for the quest,sir?

If you spoke to Oak before the Charmander was caught, it should work.
