Desumi Posted April 3, 2021 Share Posted April 3, 2021 (edited) Its a currently known bug. It defaults to the starter town, if it cannot find your current location or if something went wrong. Its also known to show the starter town on locations which yet does not have any location on the map (i.e Matsuki Village(Kaldeo Quest), other event islands, certain caves and areas) A simple relog should fix the map bug, or by moving into a different map/route. I am sure that they've already added this to their to-do list when it comes to fixing map bugs.
