Apologies in the delayed response. 

 

As mentioned by Norex, hard bosses have 400 effort values in each stat. This would have given the Mienshao the opportunity to survive an earthquake at +4. I have listed below the calculations for 252 effort values in each stat, since 400 cannot be calculated by normal means on showdown.

+4 252+ Atk Salamence Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Mienshao: 397-468 (118.8 - 140.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

 

Taking in consideration the 400 effort values, Mienshao would have around 371 Health points and 256 Defense, making it able to survive an earthquake. I've calculated the damage by using a pokemon with the same type and the HP/Defense stats given, Conkeldurr.
