add turn counter to battle log

i think adding a turn counter to separate each turn on the pvp battle log would help players easily keep track of sun, rain, sand, hail, trick room (think like how showdown has each turn in the battle log every time something happens) and help to be able to keep track of the opponents pp if you are in a pp stall situation. lmk what you think

Would also allow you to count how many turns you used during a battle instead of having to remember it.
