My riolu is'nt evolving

My riolu is not evolving i treid everything. When he was at 99 lvl i tried to gave him rc to evolve him but he still no evolve after that when he is at 100 level i tried to give him mysterious candy in order to evolve him at daytime with full happiness between 8:00 to 10:00. Its not evolving i think it is a bug please help me.

It looks like your Riolu is not max happiness. Can do type /happy 1 in the chat while the Riolu is on your first party-slot? Max happiness is 255.

Also daytime is not from 08:00 - 10:00 but from 10:00 - 20:00. Maybe that was the issue?

 

So I would suggest to raise it to max happiness if it is not already and try it again with a mysterious ticket at the correct time and if it still does not work try to faint your Riolu, close your client and restart it after around 20 seconds. Heal it in a pokecenter and level it up again. That should solve it.

Thank you for information but i have tried to evolve my riolu in all times but it still dos'nt evolve. I will follow your instructions and try if ge can evolve. Thank you.
