i cant understand this "rare" tier what do u mean with the word rare?

an absol in route 213 is not "rare" like a drilbur in victory road but they still be in the same "rare" tier as u said

cuz now the tier 7 is in tier "rare" like a tier 9.. theres no sense behind that

 

in less words! 

the tier 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 still the same as ever.

but we just cant know the real tier on pro wiki cuz u guys changed the t 7 8 9 in rare. 4 5 6 (i think) in uncommon ecc 

pls someone atleast help me to know if theres still a spot tier 8 for absol.

how can we know now the better spot for ea poke if u just write rare? im sure 100% absol have a spot t8 but i cant remember where.

Rare means tier 7-9

Rare means its rare, it will not spawn very often.
