I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I've checked your variables and you unintentionally started the Heatran quest by talking to Buck in Stark Mountain who removes your masterballs and rare candies. Unfortunately, I'm not able to give your masterballs back. Buck will give your masterballs and rare candies back once you have completed it. You can check out the Heatran guide here.
