hello guys hope u having a great day , ive been looking forn speed boost carvanha for 2 days in eriyadu and the only ability spawning is rough skin. does it have like  a 0.00001 chance to spawn a speed boost one ?

Its a 5% chance and a 25% chance with an active black medallion. Its RNG after all so you were probably simply unlucky but I am sure if you keep going you will get one, good luck.

but isnt that a pay to win? like a guy who have the money to pay for the black mid , will not have to spend 4 days tranna catch a good poke from this place

While you are able to purchase a Black Medallion from the Coin Shop, you may use the in-game trade chat or the trade forum to buy one from another player for Pokédollars.

Kinda, but isn't it the same for everything? Good pokes for example. Have money? Buy OP poke - be stronger.
