hello guys ive try to  get the mega stone from morty but i didnt have the braclet now i defeted him and i didnt get it , and i dont wanna wait 12 days to make a boss team , am i able to just pick up the braclet and go talk to him to get it?

Unfortunately as mentioned by Norex there is no way to get the mega stone if you didn't have the mega bracelet while fighting Morty. I'm afraid you will have to wait for the 12 days cooldown to end.
