Hi. I m having trouble teaching raticate the move scary face. It should be available as lvl up move but the move retutor doesn't seems to have the option and neither does the pre evo move tutor in day care. Can u pls help me get this move as it is important for my boss team

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the delay.
Thanks for the report first of all.
It's known and has been reported already.
The issue is that Rattata shouldn't be able to learn Scary Face at all but only Raticate through level up and when it evolves to Raticate.
There is unfortunately no ETA when it will be fixed.
