Hello sir i beat that raikuo boss but he don't give me raiikuo pokemon to catch I have that zap bell 🔔 and i beat him but he don't give me raikuo he say come back after Cool down why please sir check this and please give me raikuo I beat that boss😭😭

There is a 33% chance for Raikou to spawn on your first win against the Raikou Guardian. On your second win you will have a 66% chance and on the third win you will get Raikou guranteed since its a 100% chance. After beating the Guardian the Raikou will spawn in that area and you can get your Synchronize pokemon etc. and go back to it again.
