I used the /avoid_last_opponent command after a pvp match and 2 match later i get the same player.

you can see it's different cause his rating is higher the 2nd time

That command doesnt work like that. If you battle player A and use the command after the battle you wont find him again (unless the queue is empty) but if you battle player B after that you can find player A again.

The command doesnt avoid a player forever but just for the next battle.
