But I fought latios and latias. Before the quest begin And fought mega requaza and 3 Regis . Should go to fight grodon and kyogye? I'm having trouble understanding your exact question, are you asking if you need to encounter Groudon and Kyogre in order to obtain Jirachi ? If so the answer is yes, you do need to encounter those in order to catch Jirachi. You can see their location if they are not encountered already here. Make sure you have all the proper requirements to catch Jirachi and then head to the moon as shown in this guide.
