hi, from my experience, thats because signal/connection problem, the only way to solve it is close apilcation and open again (after ur connection fixed). relog wont solve it

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Are you still facing this issue?
If so, please avoid using mobile data as the game has issues with it.
You're able to play again atfer connecting to WIFI or a VPN.

I do not have the problem but it happens to me frequently

I recently wrapped up beating the chief (daddy wild) during the mission "return to group 13". Subsequent to beating him, I can't return the manner in which I came, and the entryway that has a terminal won't allow me to hack it (the entryway has a red lootable box on the opposite side). Has any other person had this issue, or am I simply a blockhead that is missing something? I've taken a stab at hacking the entryway, yet it simply continues to say "access denied". Any assistance is incredibly valuable! Kodi nox
