I tried that, but it not work. I also redownloaded the game serveral times. Still nothing happen.

This happen when Q8 reset my account .

Please follow this procedure and let me if it works.
1. Open the console with F2 or from mobile through the settings.
2. Type Clean reg and enter

    I did , but the command said " Cleaned all present setting" then out the game, my account is baoquynh3723

    i tried to use another account and there was no problem, only baoquynh3723 suffer this issue.
