For example you started Legendary Birds quest and you took a break from the game. Instead of going back to Shamouti Island you could just check the progress in your logs. But then again, this is most likely not something the DEVs would be that interested in coding and adding a quest progress may not be as simple as it sounds. But, Imma +1 this anyways because its an interesting idea.
