legendary quest heatran problem

hi.i need some help regarding on heatran quest.i finished the quest but when im gonna catch heatran, i lost connection.but the time i get back to heatran.its not there anymore.and i ddnt get the heatran pokemon.please help me.thank you

U can fight Nikola to catch it

Just like @Athul123 stated, you'll need to fight the Nikola (boss) if you accidentally got disconnected during the fight, lost the fight, killed it, or accidentally released it in PC (one time only).

 

I'll just like to add on a few more valuable information you might need on your journey there, since it seem like you're not aware of this mechanic/boss.

Nikola (boss) is stationed in Unknown Place, this is a side area located in Trainers Valley, which you can enter once you have met all three requisites below. You can travel to Trainers Valley through the regional train between Goldenrod City and Saffron City, but this costs an additional 10k, on top of the normal train fees.

 

Requirements:

- Red has been fought at the summit of Mt. Silver. Having won is not necessary.

- 120 caught-data entries of Generation I Pokémon registered in your Pokédex.

- 38 evolved-data entries registered in your Pokédex.

 

Well, seeing that you're already doing the Heatran quests, you should already have access to Trainers Valley, but I'll include it regardless for others that might need it.

 

Hope you'll be able to successfully defeat Nikola and capture your Heatran this time!
