Good evening dear staff, can you help me to evolve into crobat? please.  Golbat has lvl 100, happiness 255 and the mysterious candy don’t work.

the account where I have the golbat is called "Uni" it is my primary account

Happiness evolutions will only trigger when you actually reach the max amount of happiness and you dont need to level-up, so a mysterious candy is useless here.

To evolve your Golbat you would need to lose some happiness by fainting it in wild battle and then get it back up to max happiness again. That should solve it and make your Golbat evolve.
