To have been able to claim the Locked-IV Reroll, you must have had spoken with Maid Caramel in Whitmore Residence Backyard. By not doing so, you did not claim your rewards for your 10 chess wins. Which unfortunately means you cannot use the Locked-IV Reroll. I know this will be very disappointing, but please try to understand. Since no further action can be taken, this thread will be locked.
