I would like to know why the Rare Candy is not spawning anymore on my account in Cerulean Cave 1F.

Hello @Alexii. 
 

That Rare Candy has a 14-day cooldown. It will respawn once the cooldown has ended. If the 14 days have passed, there’s a chance you’re a bit earlier than you were last time so it won’t be there yet. 
Make sure the entire 14 days have passed and then try again. If it still does not appear, please let me know.

its not Respawning since some Months, maybe Years. I don´t know. Can you look what is the Problem.
