i have 708 rarecandys, but i buy 400 rarecandys from player. my rare candys is 999?

i lost 109 rare candies??

after give my other account, my rc is 899 and i still los 109rcs.

please help me

I think after the trade is over, the 109 rcs have been returned to the candy seller. That mean you bought 291 rcs lol

Actually, when you go over 999, items will get voided. As a result you won't be able to get them back.

The item limit is indeed 999. Whenever you surpass this limit, the items are voided, as mentioned above. Unfortunately, this means we cannot restore your lost Rare Candy.

I'm terribly sorry you hade to experience this, but there is no action we can take, since it was a user error. I know this will be disappointing and frustrating, but please try to understand.
