I was doing Jirachi quest and got to the final part. I did battle the Regis before that and they disappeared,  but they didn't get into my caught dex here are the evidences.

Yep, it says seen data and not caught data.

As the name implies you have to see the pokemon for the seen-data and catch them for the caught-data.

oops sorry for bothering you. I was so careless, it was in my dex already and I misunderstood it as unseen. Really sorry for bothering you again.
