You probably have a special character on your password. The game has issues with these unfortunately but the website has not.

Make sure to reset your password to something that only contains normal letters and numbers and see if you are able to login after that.

Thats probably due to some blacklisted email provider like Hotmail or Outlook for example.

You would need to request an email change in order to be able to receive emails from PRO.
