Hello my name is david, I started playing pokemon in 2016, as you can see in the log, so I didn't play for a while due to lack of PC so I tried to play for a while and I don't know why but it seems that my account restarts, I don't want to start the game from scratch, because I spent many nights to level up the account, it's hard to start all over again.

It looks like you have not merged your account. Below is a quick guide on how to properly merge. Make sure you select the server you used to play on. In your case that would be the Red server.

How to merge:

1. Step 1: Login in your dashboard and click on the Merge message that appear in the page. If that does not appear, please switch to "My Account" or "Server Transfer" to make it appear.
2. Step 2: After that, make sure to pick the server you used to play on.  
   Done!
