Description and Message

I bought a membership to PRO and it even displays on my trainer card as "Active". However when I come on the forums it doesn't show. I've tried changing my IGN on the user control panel however it doesn't fit. Geez, it doesn't even fit on the support ticket.

My IGN is Jollyolnathan but you can clearly see it goes to "Jollyolnat" and then wont fit the rest. Any way to fix this? :confused:

when did you buy membership? i believe it can take a few days for the "pro member" label to appear after buying membership
