Without any battle log evidence, it is difficult for us to recreate your situation, since many things can be a factor. Thus, making it harder to identify and confirm a possible bug. We were able to identify the problem concerning Hydration ability. The bug has been forwarded to our Developers and will hopefully be fixed soon. I thank you again for taking the time to report this.
