I bought mount from PVE Coin shop. I did not know that I can not trade it.  Is there any posiblity to refound it ?

Few days ago I created refound ticket for S Metagross I stıll did not get any reply but today my S metagross disappeared from my account. I tought they refound it but my coins not back yet

There is tradable a certain number of PvE coin mounts or items every month. S metagross mount is untradable in this month and there's no way to refound it
