Hello, I'm reporting a NPC bug. I helped another player do the shaymin quest today and we finished every other quest step before: feeding pkmn, kimonogirls, lotad bridge etc. After this we went to speak to the old lady to get the approval for the suzuka tower. However, the lady doesn't give her approval and so the guard doesn't let them through.

Sadly I can't really provide any media since this problem isn't happening on my acc.

The acc the problem is occurring on is: 12mermaid from Silver server.

    According to our database, the Lotad bridge has not been completed. Please go back and double check it’s completion. If it is complete, please provide a picture as evidence of its completion and we will look into it.

    The player checked again and the Lotad bridge wasn't finished anymore. They finished it again and got their Shaymin now. Thanks for the help.
