Hello,

I just want to report that I had 33 - 35 rare candies in my bag. But now when I searched I have only 1 rare candy left I don't know where are they and even I didn't used them and one more thing I've done the Heatran quest. Can any staff please look in this case??

Grammar Error

The NPC takes your rare candies and master balls during the heatran quest and keeps them until you finished the most part of the quest.

Greetings @Frylock. 

 

As mentioned already, Buck does keep your rare candies/master balls until you finish the quest. You then have to go speak to him again in the stark mountain. You currently have some rare candies stashed with the NPC, looking at your trade logs this is the only plausible explanation on their disappearance.

I've already done the Heatran Quest 4-5 Months ago and I had 33 - 35 rare candies AFTER THE QUEST (I had those 2-3 days back)

By the way my main account is "Ojasvisharma26" from where I lost my rare candies

I simply mentioned the heatran quest because you do have rare candies stuck with the npc. Doesn't matter if you ended the quest right now or 5 months ago, you did not speak with buck to gain them again.

 

As for the ones that are saying disappeared, you traded a part of them during the month of may but it accounts to 28 rare candies in total.

Yes in the latest I traded them with Shekhar786 but even after the trade I had left with exactly 34 rare candies and I had already ended my Heatran Quest by talking to Buck 5 months ago and took my all the items from him. But in the current I had 34 rare candies for sure and didn't traded with anyone.

and the main point is they disappeared when I transferred my account from Gold to Silver

Unfortunately we cannot just add items like that without any sufficient proof, which is missing here. If we were giving out items just following player's words then everyone would just try to abuse it. It's more likely that you might have used them or even trashed them by mistake and don't remember and unfortunately we cannot check the latter. 

 

We've exhausted all the other options where you could have lost the rare candies outside of that, none of them happened in this case. There also wasn't any new quest or anything that could of removed your rare candies in the given timeframe.

 

We can't really trace anything unless you realized it at the exact moment it happened. Considering the amount of server transfer(s) that happens daily compared to the reported lost item posts it is very unlikely that it might have been the cause.  Feel free to make another thread if you can find anything that might shed a light if it ever happens again. 

 

Seeing as there is nothing to do further right now in this thread it shall be locked.
