Could you elaborate on the issue you are facing? We need as much detail as possible in order to investigate and provide a response.

Since you have considerable progress in both servers, could you tell me which server this is happening on? 

I'm at the silver server. The problem is that I can't catch 1 of the 3 Pokemon Uxie / Azelf / Meprist

When you say you fought them, does that mean you selected a Lake Guardian but were not able to catch it?

Yes, I fought Pokemon Lake Guardian. And I talked to Dawn and she said like in the picture. thanks

Can you try speaking with Nikola boss and seeing if he will battle you for another chance at catching the Lake Guardian you selected?
