Btw just fyi, the last part about transfer is invalid. Since it's in cross server, seller is responsible for delivery. You can check the rules

No, isildurr right, its your duty to transfer on another server except the winner want to transfer it self and you cannot force or made statement for the winner to transfer.

Hello @Krow24,

You are responsible for transferring at the end of this Auction if the winner is on a different server.

Quote

3. When a trade agreement is made concerning players from different servers, the responsibility of transferring lies with the thread creator.

- This rule does not apply when there is an explicit written agreement between the buyer and seller about who will transfer to honour the deal. Evidence of this agreement must be made and kept, and made available upon Staff request.

›  When posting in Selling Pokemon - Cross Server, the seller must be prepared to transfer, should the buyer be from the opposite server.

›  When posting in Buying Pokemon - Cross Server, the buyer must be prepared to transfer, should the seller be from the opposite server. 

The rule your thinking of for a written agreement, works for if im on the Silver Server but want to buy a Pokemon on the Gold Server. I would tell the player I will be willing to transfer or have them transfer to me. However, this is a Cross Server Auction so at the end of the Auction since you are the seller you will be reliable to transfer servers if need be.
