yea works,  but sometimes you dont even encounter a single dratini within 100+ repels

and sometimes within 10repel you encounter 4-5 dratinis. 

 

its very random :S but works 100%

yup you can , you can repel trick using lvl 55 to do so.

Sometimes it may took some repels, but if you lucky you can ecounter it with few repels.

lvl 54 is the only lvl dratinis spawn in that map
