Norex Posted August 27, 2022 Share Posted August 27, 2022 You dont get Baby Lugia from the dungeon. An NPC gives you the Time Flute if you reach 2.500 points on a dungeon run. With that flute you can change the form of Baby XD001 to Baby Lugia.
