Why I lost my account

I start played this game since 2016. But for last 3 year I'didn't active.

I had merge my account to silver server already in the past and play a few minutes before I inactived.

Now, I found that my account data is completely lost.... 😞 How can I get my account data back.

You most likely need to merge your account via the dashboard.

I did it. but nothing happened. both gold & silver server play time is 0s. and no data.

There seems to be little to no progress on this account. Are you perhaps mistaking this account for a different one with more progress?
