I think there should be some items which you can get from pvp only and they should not be tradable. It will be good If they make 2-3 items tradable each month.

Regular Mounts & Wings should be tradeable.

Clothes like PvP cloaks and hoods should not be tradeable and nether should Champion Cloak & Crown since I believe they should be earned to wear. 

But once again. The Mounts and Wings should be tradeable.

Yea like GP said,crown and some others could be but wings, mounts,and maybe some jackets could do.
