Hello @Lyn1311. My apologies for the late response.

 

Currently, there is no Celebrate tutor in any of the Christmas maps. Celebrate only has a tutor in the following areas:

  • Aphrodia Pokecenter (Valentine's Day Event)
  • Suzuka Tower East (Easter Event)
  • Vulcan Fair Registration Center (Summer Event)
  • Serenia Village House 2 (Halloween Event)

In the future, one may be added to the Christmas Island, but there is none currently. You are free to suggest the addition of one in our Suggestions forum.
