As you can see here we can only sell/recycle only some of the items from PVE coins such as Cloak and Mounts,and here I have some items that come from PVE coins too But why can't this category of items be recycled?What is the reason? It also depends if the person wants to do it or not because some people might not want to wait long for the item to be tradable.
