Update: There is a dispute over Manectric. User @Vansh01  has DM'd me, and claims he won Manectric within time of 15 minutes, within the 15 minute rule

 

After all bidding, it ended with @Raikaisa665. To be fair, the sale for Manectric will be withheld, until a trade mod makes the final decision
