hey guys after the update I lost a snom hat, and x3 master balls 😕 please help

You need to show some photos or screenshots that you did have them after the update and now you no longer have them. Because from what I've seen, this only happened to you

Well, I don't have screenshots but staff can check if someone traded them away or hacked me, all I can say is I've been trying to sell that snom hat for weeks, and I bought the masterballs when they where 40k so... yeah 😕

On July 14th, you traded x1 Snom Hat to Koziro for 80k. Do you remember this trade?

As for the Master Ball(s), have you perhaps started the Heatran quest but not finished it? The Buck NPC will take away all your Master Ball and Rare Candy until you complete the quest. Once completed, speaking to him will return your items.
