cant confirm my device

Hey, everyone!
i stoped playing pro for a while, but i was trying to reestart playing today and wasnt able to login. the game keeps asking me to confirm my device via email, but the emails are not arriving to my mailbox.
anyone knows what i need to do to recover my account?

Hey @Luscax, did you check your spam folder for the email?
If yes, please check if the email shown on the dashboard is exactly the one which you are checking or if it has a typo or a missing letter/symbol for example. You can see it at the "My Account"-tab on the dashboard: https://dashboard.pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard

If there is a mistake on the email you dont have access to it anymore please make a forum post at the link below and mention your username and the new email you want to use:

If you made the forum post already you just have to remain patient and wait for a reply there. There are a lot of requests and manual email-changes can only be done by certain staff members.

the email is the same and there is nothing on my spam, what should i do?
