Alenrick Posted August 12, 2023 Share Posted August 12, 2023 Problem 1: Hello, I have an old account that I want to recover, but it won't let me change the email, since it has an old and deleted email, and to give it a new email, I must confirm it from the old email. Problem 2: I also want to report another problem... When I change the password for my old account, I also change the password for the new account I have. Something I can't find an explanation for, since they are different accounts and different emails.
