i am having problems trying to recover this account. i am not getting the email to verify new device. i have also tried to change the email address to a diffrent one but still no luck.

Hey have you checked your spam boxes? This has done the trick for me a couple of times.

please check if the email shown on the dashboard is exactly the one which you are checking or if it has a typo or a missing letter/symbol for example. You can see it at the "My Account"-tab on the dashboard: https://dashboard.pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard

If there is a mistake on the email you dont have access to it anymore please make a forum post at the link below and mention your username and the new email you want to use:

yeah there was a typo in that email address so i have created a new topic on the link to request a change of email address thanks for the help it is much apricated
