Hi, the last time i played was 1-2 years ago. I was on the way to defeat the elite four in the Kanto region. I logged in after a while but lost my entire progress. Apparently you can never lose your progress. Please help.

yes yes i am sure. When i am trying to log into the gold server (where i made the progress), its showing the starting screen. When oak introduces himself. 

I did try to merge servers or something, is it possible i over wrote my previous server?

It happened to my alt account too... Started from prof oak with a lvl 50 gengar

Same thing happened to me, idk why but it started me from the beginning
