I am sorry for the delay and the inconvenience experienced.

 

Considering this is about 'spawning money' (a refund), we have to properly review the entire case to collect the proper evidences in order to make sure to refund only the people that actually suffered the loss due to the bug.

Without verifying the situation, anyone could claim they paid 500k instead of 250k even if false and we would end up gifting money to a player, which would be a huge problem.

 

No worry, if you really suffered the loss, you will 100% get your money back no matter what; but please be patient until then.

Once again, I am very sorry for the issue.
